Mr. Roberts is Of Counsel to the firm and his practice focuses on the representation of clients in complex corporate, real estate, and commercial transactions. Mr. Roberts’ has successfully represented many clients in various investment, and corporate matters in the United States and abroad. Prior to joining the firm as Of Counsel, Mr. Roberts was the Director of Legal and Business Affairs for HBO Latin America.

Mr. Roberts began his career at Price Waterhouse in Madrid, Spain in 1988 handling complex, international business negotiations and transactions in a number of jurisdictions worldwide. Mr. Roberts speaks English, Spanish, German and is conversant in French. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University (Atlanta, Georgia, USA), an MBA from the IE Business School in Madrid, Spain and London Business School (London, England), a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law (St. Louis, Missouri, USA) and a Masters in International Tax from ICADE (Madrid, Spain). He is licensed to practice law in Florida and Illinois, and is also well versed in Napoleonic based business law.

Mr. Roberts identifies lucrative, international business opportunities, effectively bridges the gaps existing between cross border business cultures and legal systems bringing the related transactions to fruition. Mr. Roberts is also the founder and current President of a U.S. company specializing in pollution remediation in air, water and soil.
