Steven Herzberg of Firm recently advised a United Kingdom based real estate investment and management group in the purchase of two parcels in Miami Beach South of Fifth Street neighborhood. The firm advised the group, and worked directly with the group’s London based counsel on the investment fund’s first United States hotel project.
